We are pleased to inform you that all Lifestyle products come with a manufacturer's warranty of 12 months, which becomes active upon receipt of your goods. There is no need to register your product.

The Lifestyle Warranty is applicable to manufacturing faults that effect the products functionality. To raise a potential warranty claim, please get in touch with us and we will work with yourself and the manufacturer to resolve any issue.

Please ensure you can supply details of your order and images / videos should also be available upon request.

If, in the unfortunate event, the damage or fault cannot be resolved by repair or part replacement, you have the option to return the product. Once we inspect the returned item and verify the fault, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price along with the return shipping cost.
