Red Dog BBQ Dry Rubs

Red Dog Foods Dry Rubs are the foundations of all the basic Dry Rubs used in America. In order to create an Authentic American BBQ flavour, you need to use a Dry Rub for the underlying background taste. Check out our 4 flavoured Dry Rubs and recreate the American barbecue at home.

All products are handmade in Kilkeel, Northern Ireland. No artificial ingredients, colours, flavourings or preservatives are used.

Universal BBQ: Which has NO Chilli & NO Sugar, and allows you to be creative with what you add to it for a competition Dry Rub.

Texas Spicy: Gives you a good kick, but isn’t too hot for the kids or granny. It is also used as the Blackening Dry Rub for authentic “New Orleans blackened red fish”. It has Cayenne & NO Sugar.

Memphis: Has the smoky goodness of Chipotle chilli and sweet brown sugar, combining to make Magic on everything that it touches.

Cajun: Is the perfect combination of spices and heat to lead you down the Creole flavour trail towards authentic Gumbo or Jambalaya. This one is HOT, with a good amount of Habanero and Cayenne.

Universal BBQ Dry Rub

AMERICAN basic Dry Rub for marinating Beef, Pork, Chicken, Fish and Vegetables. Apply a light coat to your meat and allow to set for an hour or more for most meats.
Use this on an Expensive cut of Beef or Pork to enhance the flavour…without changing it.

Store in a dark & dry space for up to 1.5 years. This product will clump once it has been opened, just crush it and pat it into the meat.

Texas Spicy Dry Rub

American Dry Rub for marinating Beef, Pork, Chicken, Fish and Vegetables. The perfect Dry Rub to ENHANCE the flavour of Beef or Pork. This will not change or cover up the flavour of red meat. This has cayenne for a small kick.

Store in a dark & dry space for up to 1.5 years. This product will clump once it has been opened, just crush it and pat it into the meat.

Cajun Hot Dry Rub

American Cajun Hot Dry Rub for marinating Pork, Beef, Poultry, Fish, and Game. Apply a generous coat to your meat and allow to set for at least several hours, up to 24 hours for most meats. This will give you authentic under tones of Real Creole & Cajun cooking. You will be well on your way to good Jumbalaya or Gumbo with these Cajun spices.

For perfect buffalo wings, coat your wings with Cajun Dry Rub, deep fry and liberally coat with Damn Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce.

Memphis Smokey Dry Rub

American Sweet & Smokey Dry Rub for marinating Pork & Beef Ribs, Brisket, Chicken, Burgers and Game. Apply a generous coat to your meat and allow to set for at least several hours, up to 24 hours for most meats.

The perfect Dry Rub to use, if you DO NOT have a smoker or traditional way of adding the smoke flavour to your meal.

Store in a dark & dry space for up to 1.5 years. This product will clump, once it has been opened, just crush it and pat it into the meat.
