Wild Garlic

WILD GARLIC Infused Maldon Flake Sea Salt.

The essence/oils are encapsulated in the Maldon Flake Sea Salt crystals, maintaining the delicate fresh flavour. You can either marinate by coating the meat or use as your normal seasoning while cooking. The Flake adds another level to the dish, by adding a distinct crunchy texture.

Contains: NO Sugar, NO Chili.

This is a lovely sweet Garlic flavour, NOT the over powering garlic that is normally attributed to the large white bulbs of garlic. Wonderful on meats as a marinade or in mashed potatoes. Use it to improve just about any thing that you cook.

Spanish Lemon

SPANISH LEMON Infused Maldon Flake Sea Salt

The essence/oils are encapsulated in the Maldon Flake Sea Salt crystals, maintaining the delicate fresh flavour. You can either marinate by coating the meat or use as your normal seasoning while cooking. The Flake adds another level to the dish, by adding a distinct crunchy texture.

Contains: NO Sugar, NO Chili.

Sautéed Scallops: To a hot pan add a Tbsp of good oil, sprinkle a good pinch of the Lemon Sea Salt over the Scallops and sauté until crispy brown before turning over to cook the other side.

The Japanese use this seaweed to Enhance the flavours of everything that they cook with KOMBU. In does not have a distinct flavour, but it improves and enhances what ever you use it on.

The essence/oils are encapsulated in the Maldon Flake Sea Salt crystals, maintaining the delicate fresh flavour. You can either marinate by coating the meat or use as your normal seasoning while cooking. The Flake adds another level to the dish, by adding a distinct crunchy texture.

Contains: NO Sugar, NO Chili.

This salt lifts and enhances your meal. It has a very slight nutty flavour. Use on all meats & fish. In casseroles, and on vegetables.

Florentine Steak: Liberally coat a good quality dry aged Steak, wrap in cling film and store in the refrigerator for 72 hours. Take out of the fridge and let sit at room temp for an hour. Grill over hot coals. This recipe received 3 Gold Stars at the Great Taste Awards in London. Use this recipe for Leg of Lamb or Goat for Great Results.
